When you receive the goods, please first confirm the quantity and completeness of the products. If you have purchased the wrong item or if you unconditionally wish to proceed with a return or exchange, please contact us within seven days of receiving the goods, and we will arrange for home delivery pickup. Please ensure that the returned goods are properly packaged and provide the delivery personnel with the item at the agreed time. Please also keep the delivery receipt. As this return or exchange is not due to our negligence, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and any other losses, based on the shipping quote at the time. Please note that the items for return or exchange must be in new condition and complete packaging. Additionally, items that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged, so please decide whether to return the item before opening it.
Please use the packaging cardboard provided by the delivery company to properly package the returned goods. If the original cardboard is missing, please use another cardboard to wrap the item outside of the original factory packaging. Do not stick paper or write directly on the original factory packaging. If the original factory packaging is damaged, the item cannot be returned, or the cost of the damage may be deducted from the refund.
Customized products go through a sampling phase before formal production. Unless the buyer of an urgent order chooses to waive the sampling phase, it is impossible to make a mistake in the purchased item. Customized products are not eligible for unconditional returns or exchanges.
