• B. The Invincible Menu with diamond-like hard plastic film pages is covered by a 180-day warranty for consumable items.
• C. Cardboard pages and the Invincible Menu with ultra-bright hard plastic film pages are covered by a 90-day warranty for consumable items.
• C. Glossy/Matte soft plastic page covers are covered by a 30-day warranty for consumable items.
• D. General cultural paper pages, paper-pasted menus, color printing subcontracting, and color printing for public use enjoy a 7-day grace period, after which the warranty terminates upon product usage.
• Products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been used.
• Customer-provided printing and color printing services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and do not have a grace period.

For borrowing our bound works, a security deposit is required, which will be refunded upon the complete return of the item. Borrowed works must be properly cared for and maintained. In the event of any damage, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit. The borrowed works must still be returned in their entirety.

To ensure the quality of our works and services, customer-provided printing and color printing for packaging series are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We kindly ask buyers to confirm their specific needs before making a decision.
