U-shaped menu cover with quadruple paper inner pages

The image illustrates the process of U-shaped box manufacturing with a stamped LOGO. When synthetic leather is stamped, it usually does not produce a color gradient effect, but only a visual effect of concave and convex printing. Gold and silver stamping on synthetic leather is prone to fading, so choosing stamping as the LOGO processing method not only does not leave obvious dents but also easy to fade. However, not all synthetic leather is suitable for stamping, as this depends on the LOGO and may require different processing methods. The binding of the inner pages of the U-shaped box is all four times the number of pages. If you need to use double the number of pages, you need to purchase a bridge connector separately to convert the four-fold number of pages into a two-fold number of pages. The M-type menu cover comes with double-sided cardstock pages.

The synthetic leather M-type menu case is equipped with double-cardboard inner pages. It is made of synthetic leather and features a functional fabric lining. The M-type binding has a conical bite that tightly grips the inner pages and prevents them from falling out easily. The 10mm spine can carry a minimum of one sheet of paper and a maximum of 24 pages, and can also be adjusted to have no upper limit. The physical principle used in the double-cardboard inner pages ensures that they are easy to turn and will not bounce back, even when there are many pages. The absence of K-line creases also prevents cracking and bursting.

This is the longest order we have had, from negotiations in 2020 to production in 2022. Due to the impact of COVID-19, many plans were delayed or suspended, which resulted in the negotiation period being extended. Fortunately, the end result was a perfect success.

This is a U-shaped wine menu box, equipped with four-dimensional pocket insert card-style inner pages and four-fold paper inner pages, both inside and outside are made of suede cloth. The U-shaped box inner pages are all bound with four-fold paper. If two-fold paper inner pages are needed, an additional bridge connector must be purchased to convert from four-fold to two-fold paper. This menu is equipped with four-fold paper inner pages, and the 10mm spine can hold a minimum of 4 pages and a maximum of 48 pages, and can also be adjusted to have no limit.

This is a very special case for a well-known brand of bakery factory with its own chain stores. They commissioned our shop to design and produce their menu book because they planned to sell the chain enterprise. The transaction was completed with a capital of USD$10,000,000 and a price of USD$24,000,000. After a few years, the company changed hands again with a price of USD$66,000,000, once again setting a new record for a successful sale.

This M-shaped box is made of artificial synthetic leather and lined with functional fabric, which has undergone two embossing processes to add mountain wood grain and a logo. The box is equipped with double-folded cardstock inner pages, and the M-shaped binding bite can tightly hold the inner pages, preventing them from slipping out. The 10mm spine can carry up to 24 pages of inner content, and the spine can also be adjusted to have no limit. The cardstock inner pages use physical principles, allowing for easy flipping even with more pages added, and there will be no rebounding phenomenon. The inner pages are characterized by having no K-line creases, preventing them from cracking or bursting.

A well-known high-end seafood hot pot restaurant owner fell in love with a special large format (W210xH360mm) that he saw during his travels in China and asked our store if we knew about it. We began the production process and used this new logo to plan for the opening of the new restaurant. The logo has a characteristic of being extremely large, and since the owner wanted a grand feel, we went ahead with it.

This U-shaped menu case features a four-hole metal clip and is equipped with double-layered card paper inner pages. Both sides are made of mixed synthetic leather in different colors. The 30mm spine can hold up to 20 pages of inner content, and the spine and clip can be adjusted to accommodate even more pages. The thickness of the double-layered four-hole card paper inner pages is about 18 ounces, or approximately 1mm, making it easy to flip through pages while also ensuring that the pages remain securely in place.

Material verified by SGS

The synthetic leather we use, also known as plastic fiber leather, has all passed SGS verification. Due to its fire-resistant properties, if you choose to use techniques such as hot stamping or silver stamping, please be aware that such processing may cause color loss and will not create a three-dimensional effect. If you insist on using hot stamping, you must accept the fact that the color will fade. While there are indeed some plastic foam materials that are less likely to fade, these materials have not been verified by SGS and may be harmful to the human body, and they are also prone to oxidation and rupture. Although plastic foam materials are relatively cheap, their surface printing texture is superior to that of genuine leather. For the average buyer, it is difficult to distinguish between the real and the fake. Therefore, our shop adheres to the principle of honesty and provides the highest quality products, so that you can use our menu with peace of mind and for a long time.

The original menu cover used a four-fold glossy inner page sleeve. The restaurant is located in Sanchong District, New Taipei City, where visitors are very particular. During the second replacement of the inner page sleeve, a bridge connector was added to convert the number of inner pages from four-fold to two-fold, as shown in the figure.

This U-shaped menu cover is equipped with a bridge connector, which allows the inner pages to use a two-fold glossy inner page sleeve. The front is made of synthetic leather mixed with artificial suede fabric to make it more textured. In addition, this menu cover can be used with the bridge connector, and the 10mm spine can carry at least one 2-page inner sleeve, and can be adjusted up to 24 pages or even adjusted to have no upper limit.

Our custom menus are one-of-a-kind and can be tailored to the buyer’s preferences. For room service menus, we intentionally make them thick and sturdy to prevent them from being taken away, but we can also make them small and thin based on the buyer’s needs. The materials used for the inside and outside of the menu can be mixed and matched to provide a wide range of options. We recommend using a four-hole metal clip for quick and easy replacement of the pages during events.

We support a variety of fine art papers for the inner pages.

The inner pages of this design utilize our proprietary technology, which includes cardboard pages, and is one of our recommended options. The entire series features pages that can be easily added, removed, or replaced, and we support the purchase of various types of fine art paper, waterproof paper, cardboard pages, and magazine paper for the inner pages. If you prefer not to use PVC materials, the aforementioned materials can be purchased separately for use as inner pages. However, only our shop’s products feature inner pages that are easy to flip, durable, without rebounding, and without cracking or splitting along the spine. Cardboard inner pages

This image shows a close-up comparison of the 1mm thick side-sealed edge of a cardboard inner page. The area circled in red is where the inner page is easily touched, so it has been folded and sealed to prevent the pages from splitting, effectively extending the lifespan of the inner pages. Side-sealed cardboard inner pages are one of the original and recommended options for inner pages offered by our store.

This image shows a close-up comparison of the side edge of a commonly used 220-pound thickness cultural paper. The red circle indicates the area where the edge is most likely to be touched and also the easiest to fork. Therefore, our shop has applied a technique to round the edges slightly to reduce the frequency of forking, but it will eventually still fork.
